Caregiver Programs
Offering holistic support to employees as they care for loved ones.
Resources for Caretaking Employees
More than one in five Americans are caregivers.1 Caregiving can have a large impact on employees' lives both at home and at work and may lead to unplanned time off, decreased productivity, and an inability to advance in their career.
Cigna Healthcare℠* offers programs and resources to help manage stress, anxiety, loneliness, and more for those who are caring for an adult or child living with acute or chronic conditions.

Caregiver Bridge Program
The Caregiver Bridge program provides personalized digital resources for stress management, peer coaching, and educational and work-life resource kits. These resources help caregivers plan for the future, avoid burnout and make more confident decisions at every stage of caregiving so that they can take care of themselves and their loved ones.
Additionally, caregivers have access to one-on-one coaching by phone—the cornerstone of our program—where individuals can speak to a licensed behavioral clinician who has had their own caregiving experiences.
